Apple shareholders defeat two proposals at annual meeting



Feb 13 (Reuters) - Apple Inc shareholders at an annual meeting on Tuesday defeated two shareholder proposals: one asking the company to ease its rules for letting shareholders nominate directors to the board and another asking Apple to form a human rights commission.
