Israeli troops kill Palestinian suspect in settler's killing

JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli security forces in an early morning raid Tuesday shot and killed a Palestinian suspected of being behind the killing of a West Bank settler last month, Israeli and Palestinian officials said.
